Legendary Gospel singer and songwriter Dottie Rambo died on May 11, 2008, at the age of 74, after suffering injuries in a bus accident near Mount Vernon, Missouri, on her way to sing at a Mother's Day event. Rambo wrote over 2,500 songs, including the classics "He Looked Beyond My Fault and Saw My Need" and "I Go To The Rock". Her songs were recorded by many, including Andrae Crouch, CeCe Winans, Jessy Dixon, Albertina Walker and countless others.
