 Pressure "Not Quite", featuring B. Wright, grabs a listener's undivided attention with its contagious hook. SYD raps about how he has placed his mind, body, and soul in the Lord and not in man, and encourages believers to stand on their own two spiritual feet through Christ.  On "Pressure", SYD drops lines that will stay in your memory. Lyrics such as: "And I don't even care if that CD flop/ Long as I catch a soul when that CD drop" and "music is last and God is first and I'm giving the best while you're getting the worst" makes the song a keeper."'Move!'(Gimme My Space)" is a definite club banger. With a track that rivals Soulja Boy's "Crank That", it compels you to dance. Fortunately for Holy Hip Hop fans, the song separates itself from its mainstream counterpart because of its "give God all you got" message. In "Man Behind the Muzik", produced by Don Tony, SYD delivers arguably his most compassionate and best lyrical effort as he creatively flows about how he is just a vessel behind the music who needs God's help to make it through inner struggles. SYD does an effortless job at telling his personal story of perseverance. With 18 cuts, the album has much to offer. There's southern crunk tracks ("Start It Up" featuring Foolish and "I'ma Ride"), dance tracks ("Friday Night" featuring Ryan Horton and the Latin flava of "Get Down" featuring Carlito P.), radio-geared tracks ("Judah" featuring the production of Tony Stone, "Hero", "Spiritual Growth"), and heartfelt tracks ("Get To You" featuring Ryan Horton and "Cry"). You might find that SYD has to grow on you at first, as you get used to his lyrical style of rap. However when you listen to Pressure a few times, you'll soon see why SYD's latest has the potential to be a mainstay in HHH. Ministry combined with bouncing beats and memorable hooks makes this a keeper.
