Tracy Randall
Sinner Have Souls Too

If you're not pulled in the album title, you will be by the music. Tracy Randall delivers a creative project that pulls on soul strings with its eleven songs, plus one remix. The Louisiana native was signed to T neck/Island Black Music in the mid 1990's, but steps out here with Lavish Records, partnering with Corner Boyz Worldwide.

CDSinners Have Souls Too thematically embraces the essential beauty of the Gospel message, and one that is too frequently neglected in contemporary music. As Randall candidly puts it himself, "God is of unconditional love and I just came to Him as I am— a liar, a cheat, a sinner and He accepted me when everyone else turned their backs".

The title track, with its balladic elements and snaggy melody, points out that all of us are the beneficiaries of God's grace; not deserving of His love or His favor. The remix grooves to a heavier clap-echo beat.

On the mid-tempo "He's Got All U Need", Randall showcases his high tenor vocals, singing over an acoustic guitar backdrop. Moving to a faster, jauntier groove, "When Doors Are Closed" is a triumphant declaration of victory in Christ.

Other notable cuts on this standout release are the testimonial "I Am" and "All Or Nothing", with its rhythmic reflection on the unfailing faithfulness of Jesus Christ.

Don't sleep on Tracy Randall. Sinners Have Souls Too has both the message and the sound to keep it in play for a long time.
