Great and Mighty Over this eleven-track album, Belton and LADWEC build on their traditional choral foundation, presenting a Sunday-morning-friendly body of work that could be successfully performed by most church choirs.Belton pens nearly half of the songs, while lending his lead vocals to three of the album's tracks. He navigates the LADWEC aggregation through varying styles of Sunday morning presentations, keeping emphasis on the power of the message of the Savior's majesty while encouraging the believer. Check out favorites "I Am God's Anointed", the up-tempo "Now Faith", and the infectious title track. Belton also finds comfort in leading the choir into potent worship, with "Worship Medley" and the powerful "There Is None Like The Lord". Venturing into new territory, Belton and LADWEC deliver a Christmas offering titled "He Brought Joy". The retro-70s vamp to this one is contagious. As the uncle of Tye Tribbett, Belton continues to show that choral excellence runs deep in the bloodlines. Chalk up another successful release for Belton and LADWEC.
