Vision of the Conference: Habakkuk 2:2 challenges us to "Write The Vision and Make It Plain Upon Tables, That He May Run That Readeth It." A plain "Vision" is one, which is written in such a way that it can be easily understood and intelligently articulated. The "Vision" of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International is to "Change A Generation":

This year's conference also includes the finals of the 2nd Annual Gospel Dream talent search, the Gospel music industry's answer to American Idol. Last year the winner was Washington DC's own Benita Washington.
 Gospel Dream Talent Search creates an opportunity for undiscovered individuals to showcase their musical talent to the nation while being judged by some of the gospel music industry's finest. The winner of the talent search will have the opportunity to work with some of Gospel music's noted producers and songwriters, and receive a significant amount of marketing and promotions. ultimately creating a platform for them to become gospel music's brightest new star.
Bishop Paul S. Morton, Presiding Bishop of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International serves as Senior Executive Producer of the upcoming reality show, Gospel Dream.  Elvin Ross, accomplished composer/producer for many popular urban theatrical productions, is the executive in charge of production.
Bishop Paul S. Morton said, "Sometimes all you need is a chance. Gospel Dream is designed to provide person(s) with the opportunity of a lifetime. Ratings show that reality TV has taken a front seat in the 21st Century television industry. With that in mind, Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International has seized the moment and will introduce the next gospel-singing phenomenon to the world."
