The Grammy AwardThe results for the 47th Annual Grammy Awards were announced on February 13th, 2005 from The Staples Center in Los Angeles.

In brief, eligibility is limited to those recordings released during the period of October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004.

    In other categories, Third Day won for Best Rock Gospel Album, and In the Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album, Steven Curtis Chapman took home the trophy. Kanye West won for Best Rap Song for "Jesus Walks".
